I started to drink these when I was first pregnant. They have stuck! We also freeze them to make popsicles for the kids!

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or a tall jug
  2. Blend or use a hand blender to mix until smooth

I bought freezie pouches and fill these up with any leftover smooties for the kids!

If you can afford it the BEST blender on the market is the Vitamix but I just use my KitchenAid hand blender with great results!
